    Any time you upload an image and give it a title with a single tick (‘), it adds a single backslash in front of it. So the title “It’s a ring” becomes “It\’s a ring”.

    Note: If you add a double quote it does the same thing – However when you go back to edit the image title with a double quote (which has become \” ), no text shows at all.

    Hello @shakataganai,

    Thank you for letting us know about this!
    I have opened a ticket addressing this here: https://github.com/MachoThemes/modula-lite/issues/22
    And it will be fixed in our next update.

    Thank you again for your feedback,
    Mihaela

    I’m having something very similar. This problem occurs on the latest version to date. It occurs on the album title, album description, and picture tag line. Whenever I have a parenthesis or apostrophe, it shows the escape character. Here are some examples.
    There’s -> There\’s
    “Angry Orchard” -> \”Angry Orchard\”

    Otherwise, I am enjoying watching your progress. The latest bunch of features are great.
