    All my users got a message “”Sorry, We cannot play this video for you becuase you exceed your watch limit.” (including the typo) since the last update.
    Setting 0 in the limit do not fix (it was 0 by default by the way).
    Resetting the limit to all users do not fix.
    I had to put 999999999999 minutes as the limit as a workaround.

    Hi David,

    It looks like the issue you’re describing is related to the Premium version of the plugin. This is only the free version support forum. Also the issue you’re describing has already been fixed in the latest version. So please try to update your plugin and if it doesn’t work, please send us the e-mail to [email protected].
