[bug] Wrong Permissions resulting in Images not being Displayed

My slideshows no longer work (black screen instead of images) after updating to the latest version today. Tried changing permissions as suggested but it didn’t fix the problem.

Not sure if the problems are related, but I also had a black screen instead of images.

After setting my permissions correctly, I was able to see the image in the image tester.

Can you do so?

We’re adding this to our development list so that we can improve on the permissions of the files and the folders accordingly.

We are currently working on a new release and will include that.

We have released version 1.4 of the Slideshow Gallery plugin which will set the correct permissions on the files.

Go to Slideshow > Configuration and click the “Images Tester” on the right-hand side.
