Bugged theme

Sorry, but this theme is pretty much bugged and most likely incomplete. Main problems I’ve encountered while using the theme:

1. Homepage slider. You can’t get rid of it. If you didn’t add any slides, the theme will display 2 static images which don’t look good on widescreen displays (stretched)
2. On some desktop resolutions (like 1920×1080) the theme won’t let you scroll homepage down to footer, it automatically scrolls up with javascript, so the page looks jumpy while scrolling mouse wheel
3. Breadcrumbs are broken: Raw HTML code displayed instead of breadcrumbs on sub-pages (i.e. when breadcrumbs depth is more than 2). Passing HTML markup through esc_attr was a bad idea
4. You can’t use menu in sidebar widgets. Theme’s JavaScript will automatically add ‘sticky-header’ class to it and menu items will be displayed somewhere in header, rather than in sidebar
5. You can’t hide large “Rate this theme” box in wp-admin. It will automatically popup next time you refresh the page.

I understand that this is a free theme, but 5 stars misleading people and encourage to install an incomplete software.
