Bugged up my widgets menu, site ruined

Okay in my widget view I tried using the php code widget to add code from this page: HERE And it instantly buggered up my whole website. As you can see HERE it has embedded itself somehow in the code of the menu and now i cannot remove it or edit it or save changes…

I hope this image explains what has happened. Please can someone help me remove this foolishly added code!!!
