    Hi Adrenaline22,

    why didn’t you open a support thread so we can assist you and fix the issues you might have instead of writing a bad review? We would understand a bad review if you had contacted us and got no answer, but you didn’t even try to reach us.

    Can’t tell if you are an actual Premium user, but if you are, do you know one of the benefits is that you get Premium Support? I’d like to ask you to open a support ticket here so we can look into the issues you are having and find a way to fix them.

    Doing so you will also help to fix an issue that might affect others.

    Hi,

    Lost a few thousand Euros because of it, what rating would you expect? Yes, I’m a premium user and your plugin messed with WP Cron which failed to send data to our ERP software which our employees use to receive orders.
