Buggy and Doesn’t Work

  • Continually maxed out my sites resources whenever activated. Did thorough check of entire site on development side and a flood of errors related to Publish Press.

    Purchased Permissions add-on. Upon activating it would not work (nothing showed up under permissions tab in settings) and had to contact support just to get it to work.

    Have spent weeks just trying to get the thing working with support to no avail. Then they tell me that i’m past the refund period so no refund…even though 99% of that time was spent just trying to get the thing to work and continually deactivtaing after it would crash my site.

    Have deleted and moved to other plugins which have been working seemlessly. Unfortunately I can not in any way recommend this plugin solely based on my experience.

    I’m apologize for your experience. This is a problem that is unique to your site and I’m sorry we haven’t been able to solve it.

    At the very least – we’ve tried. We’ve spent several days of developer time, trying to debug a problem that is unique to your site. Just last night, our developer spent several hours looking at your site alone and was willing to help again today.
