Buggy and few options

  • I didn’t like this plugin. It is very buggy – for instance, images only appear on the actual webpage hours after upload (not a cache issue either). You also can’t use html in the descriptions which was very annoying to me. Also there are very few customisation or layout options in the free version. The support people are very good and it is easy to set up but ultimately, this just isn’t a very good plugin. I went with FooGallery instead which is excellent.

    Hi @tankgreen,

    We never heard back from you regarding the question we’ve asked before: Are they displayed as broken thumbnails or not displaying at all.

    Not being able to see the thumbs even as broken items, is definitely due to caching. You can add https://mysite.com/?1 at the end of your URL to force your browser serve a non-cached version of the page.

    Oh I’m so sorry! Honestly, I really appreciate how helpful and generous with your time you have been, but I gave up with this plugin. It just seemed like one thing after another. I now use FooGallery instead which works much better.
