    We purchased the full version less than a year ago because we needed a way to display playlists of both Youtube and Vimeo videos. We’ve had issues since installation. A few months ago we realized that our Videos page is almost completely blank, with huge gaps where videos should be. We looked at the plugin installation, the code controlling it and could not find any errors on our side. It had been working and nothing had changed. When we reached out to Apptha for support (which we assumed we paid for by purchasing the PRO version), they told us they could only help if we paid $100 for 1 month of support or $250 for 3 months of support. We’ve needed support from them multiple times since we started using their product, so it seems this is a plugin that you’ll perpetually have to throw money at. I’m sure there are better ways.

    Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Yes, we understand that you have purchased a pro version of the product before an year and as per the company regulation, free support for the pro version ($99) is only for 1 month and you can purchase additional support package if necessary.

    However, we do provide support for lifetime if it is going to be a product error. The issue you have reported is not a product bug (this has been mentioned in our terms and conditions page) hence our team has requested you pay for the support.

    You can still get support through our forum community at https://apptha.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=27 and our forum community developers will help you resolve the issues.

    Demanding a customer pay for the product and for support is basically a crime. You should be prosecuted for fraud.
