Buggy- never could get it to work

  • After I installed the lite version and thought it was what I was looking for, I paid $20 for the full version so I could edit the look of the button, etc. Everyone who tried to sign up for blog get error message and no one could confirm subscription. In addition, the plugin writer site is buggy and you cant create an account in order to create a help ticket. save your money and do the free plugin email subscribers.

    Man you cannot make everyone happy. I asked multiple times to let me help you. I know she did not setup the plugin correctly as I have over a hundred users using the lite and pro version and on one is having the issues she is having. She would not let me help her and asked for a refund. I refunded her money and as soon as she got her refund then she comes here and writes a negative review. She also did not know how to create an account to log a support ticket. I made a support ticket without any issue. If this plugin is so buggy, it would have never made it past the WordPress Review Team.
