Buggy & no support – even if you pay for the premium plugins

Extensive feature set, easy to enhance and modify via hooks and templates.

BUT the plugin is buggy, has outdated code, makes the site slow, and worst of all, the plugin does not work in my live environment. I have not received a response to my bug report/technical request for 4 months. I have received two replies with standard troubleshooting questions, but never any feedback since.
