Buggy plugin

  • This plugin used to be a good system for WordPress but the support provided by the plugin designer isn’t really the one you could expect, especially based on the new pricing. The designer hasn’t provided timely answers to my help requests and then claimed he was not able to connect to internet for few days. Very unprofessional for someone selling what he calls a support system…

    Then the system in itself caused a lot of troubles to my website. There has been some CSS issues and incompatibilities with my theme. I had to find another plugin that luckily worked better…

    The author used to provide affordable pricing for the pro release and then for unknown reasons, he has doubled the price and reduced the license windows to 1 year (versus lifetime before).

    Not sure about your issues, can you please give tickets number/numbers you created on plugin site, so that I can make some statement on that.

    Well, it happens sometimes if you are on vacation, you must agree that there is no internet connectivity to some vacation places!
    Otherwise, if you go through all reviews, you’ll see something different ??

    It is possible to have some CSS issues, and can be fixed easily in Support Plus using its Custom CSS feature. I can provide you the CSS code if you give me test login details.

    Everyone have to make some decisions for survival I also did but not only in price, see change-log and you’ll find it is 3 times feature reach since then. Still this is best in market price.
