Buggy plugin and no support

Contrary to what they claim they do not provide any support to the free version users of Ninja.

The function to download submissions is unreliable as it doesn’t download all submissions. Date fields and text area fields are not downloaded well. Useless in this condition without any prospect of bug resolution.
