Buggy plugin and terrible support…

In March we noticed the plugin wasn’t imported any review from Google and Facebook since end of December.
We also noticed the layout of our websites was brokken since some update made on the new version of the plugin, it wasn’t the case at the beginning and it worked even if it was the new version.
We opened a ticket to try to have a solution who never comes. They asked a dev version, asked a copy of template but nothing worked and they were totaly unable to fix the problem on any site (we had three site using the plugin).
After waiting till now we opened a last ticket some days ago to try to have support as we paid for it but they never answered and the plugin didn’t imported any new review since December 2021.
Also, the plugin is not build to be translated, the support answered a “not planed” as answer, how is it possible in 2022 to work without translation in mind ?
Poor, really poor…
