Buggy plugin/exit intent not working plus scammed

  • I bought this plugin because of the exit intent. After I installed it there was no option for it even though they clearly said it had this option. I even proceeded to purchase the $8 exit intent add on even though it should have been included in the $34.95 package I bought. Lo and behold this add on DOESN’T work either! Unfortunately I didn’t check the refund policy thoroughly because once you buy something from them you CAN NOT get a refund. Of course I filed a paypal dispute as that seemed to be the only way of getting a hold of support which by the way was terrible. Support was a joke, they actually wanted my login details to see if they could fix it. In the end I lost the Paypal dispute because they don’t really cover software stuff. I’m out $34.95 +$8. These guys are a joke and so is their product. I have since gone with Optinmonster. Optinmonster is pricy but it works flawlessly! Shame on Sygnoos!

    I am sorry for this situation but we never advertise something that doesn’t work or is not included in the package.
    Your issue was not clear to us and that’s why we need cooperation to understand what you mean by saying ‘doesn’t work’? There are many reasons for such kind of behavior, an example: you didn’t enable the exit-intent event from the plugin, you didn’t install the extension and so on…
    We have suggested you to make a TeamViewer session so we could see the issue live but for all our support inquiries we didn’t receive any information from you.
    And as this is a digital dedicated software we don’t have any control over it after it’s purchased and downloaded, so that’s why the refund policy is strict.
    Here is the Exit-Intent option which we have inside the plugin and it has been used by many users (without any complaints).

    I totally understand your frustration but without any cooperation, we don’t have a background to give a refund.

    P.S. Sharing such really bad reviews, without any ground, won’t bring any profit to both of us. We believe that the problem can be solved in a peaceful and logical way and all of us will be happy with the results.
