  • Hi @abbigliamentodalavoro,

It will be helpful for us if you can share your site URL, so we can check it from our end.

Meanwhile, do you have a cache plugin installed on your site? If you do, please clear the site cache then temporarily disable the plugin. After that, please check on an incognito browser and see if you the issue persists.

Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

hi @bsfherman the site is under maintenance and can’t be seen from the outside, I also tried to do as you specified but the problem persists, it doesn’t happen all the time but sometimes, to fix this problem I have to go to astra > customize and then make some changes to the layout and save everything so that this bug disappears but shortly afterwards it can return in some random product

    Hi @abbigliamentodalavoro,

Did you mean you have a cache plugin on your site and clearing the cache doesn’t fix the issue? I am still pretty sure this is related to the cache, though.

What if you temporarily switch the theme to the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront? Do you still face the issue?

Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

hi @bsfherman I think it was a bug since in those days I was importing new products, today it is no longer present

    Hi @abbigliamentodalavoro,

I still believe it was related to the cache. However, whatever that was, happy to know that everything is working fine now.

Please mark this thread as Resolved and feel free to start a new thread if there is anything else related to Astra, we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
