BugReport: category toggle in list view disappear after first use

    hi,

    the plugin looks fine. currently i am testing it for a customer on a test installation.

    i noticed that the bulk options (toggle xyz, toggle abc, …) in the dropdown selection in list view disappear after their first usage. after the first usage there are only the standard options like “delete” available.

    reproducing the bug:
    prequesites:
    – have wp mcm installed and activated
    – hava at least 1 mcm category
    – have at least 1 file in the media library
    – have category toggle in list view activated in the settings
    steps:
    1. in media library select list view
    2. check the file
    3. select “toggle xyz” from the bulk action dropdown
    4. click apply
    5. try to select “toggle xyz” from the bulk action dropdown again
