We tried it on our end but did not encounter the same issue as you.

We are concerned that the issue might be caused by a third-party plugin you are using on your site. If you’re willing, you can try verifying this by deactivating all plugins except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit.

We regret the review you provided, but we would appreciate it if you could create a topic in our support forum if you have any issues related to the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin.
