  • Hi, I just started trying out this theme. I’m encountering the following issues:

    • No menu bar shows up, the entire menu bar is missing
    • Call to action buttons don’t appear
    • Call to action section does not appear

    In the Customizer, they are visible just fine, but once I publish and view my site, hardly anything shows up. I’ve reverted to my previous theme.

    Hi @anaid.

    Can you tell us which version of the theme you are using?

    Try deactivating and uninstalling the theme and then installing it again.

    Also, can you share the URL?

    Hi, I’m using the latest version.

    I just reinstalled it using my phone to share the site url with you and discovered that on 4G the site loads. I suspect there might be some (remote?) content being blocked by our network security. (Your Wedding Photography theme works without issues.)

    There may be a caching or other issue, we can’t say for sure. We need the URL of the website to check it.

    Did we understand you correctly, is everything working fine now?

    Yes, it’s working fine. I guess reinstalling the theme did resolve it.

    It was unrelated to my being on 4G after all.
