Does this happen with only WooCommerce and the Twenty Twenty theme active? Most of the time issues like this are caused by a conflict with other plugins or the theme. This guide can walk you through troubleshooting to help find the cause.

I have Molla theme not Twenty Twenty theme. Still tried both changing theme & deactivating plugins still it didn’t resolve the problem. Looks like problem isnt with either plugin or theme.

Thanks for testing that. It’s a rather unusual situation. Have you tried switching browsers or using a private browser window? That would rule out any browser conflicts.

Tried it with Edge and Mozilla Browser apart from Chrome browser which I use but the still the same issue in all of them and even more in Mozilla Browser when in Menus page.

So it’s not browser conflict.

Thanks for trying that. Do you have access to any other WooCommerce sites? If so, are you seeing the same thing there?

Have you tried updating to WooCommerce 6.0?
