    I am having a few issues, which I think I created a support ticket for (I’m sure I did but I’m questioning myself now), but have not yet got a reply.

    1. I have created two menus, one to show for logged in users and one for logged out users. Whichever menu was created “earlier”, the pagination stops functioning, and the menu stays stuck on the submenu once entered. This isn’t a cache issue as I have tried on multiple new devices and it’s the same. I’ve tried recreating the menu from scratch, but again, the “earlier” menu (so the one which was previously functioning) stops working correctly.

    2. The same menu as faulty above also doesn’t display the trigger icon/text correctly – it points the opposite direction. I have removed, updated, and re-added the icon text, but it doesn’t work. If I put the same icon in both active/unactive areas, it stays stuck on the active trigger even though I’m in the top level menu.

    3. I cannot set a menu to not display on mobile. I choose to set for tablet and desktop only, but it keeps including mobile after updating. I’ve refreshed browser, but doesn’t change anything.

    Please help as these are big problems, and I’ve just paid for the Pro after free trial.

    As I can see that you are our pro customer and has also submitted your issues on our official support channel, so we can take it up there.

    As per forum guidelines

    For support of commercial themes or plugins, go to the official support channel.
    In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why a commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

    Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
    If you are a vendor and observe someone asking questions about your paid plugin or theme, please direct them towards your own support resources.
