BUGS in version 1.4

  • We are running the plugin since a few years. Site has between 80.000 to 150.000 viewed articles by day. As soon as we installed 1.4 counters dropped to 35.000 to 60.000 by day. The problem was not on the server, not on the network. Stats on the server were showing the same amount of traffic, but counters gave a high decrease. We contacted the support, no reply at all, nothing. So we rolled back to 1.3 release and counters began to be normal again. Lack of support, especially when the author is now trying to get money with a PRO version, is really a bad thing.

    Hi,

    We’ve made some changes on how the homepage is being counted and that probably resulted in an issue. Working on a fix already and this should be sorted out in the upcoming 1.4.1 release.
