Problem with my site

  • hi, we have published new WP website on https://www.ssosum.cz and there are mysterious errors and changes happening in our WP.
    Our menu changed the color, the appearance pannel is missing, call-to-action widget content does not display, when we open some sites, such as https://www.ssosum.cz/studium/rozvrhy/, sometimes it displays, sometimes it gives us fatal error, it is totally unreliable.

    We need our website very quickly corrected, it is already public and we are also waiting with PPC campaign, because the website gives us unexpected behaviour.

    What can cause this behaviour? Shall we re-install WP? Shall we un-install all the plugins? Or what is the solution?

  • Hi Yasmin,

    Try switching the theme to default theme Twenty-Fifteen. And reinstall your Theme.

    For Fatal error, please check error logs with your hosting provider.

    Try deactivating your plugins as well. If that solves it, reactivate one by one to find which one is causing the problems.

    Hi, we have found out that the appearance changes were made by the guy from the template forum, so sorry for the confusion.

    We are still having issues with disapeared appearance menu and fatal errors when opening some of the sites.

    Can this be caused by combination of new WP 4.1.1 with some of the pluggins?

    Yes, have you tried deactivating them?
