Paid for a subscription to the “Social Snap Plus”, rather rashly.
I sent a support request asking why the copy link button has a distorted UI.
No reply.
I then realised the copy link button doesn’t even work. Sent another support request that had the same “support request number”.
No reply to that either.
Now I’m wondering if they’ll honour their “100% money-back guarantee”.
