Bugs while adding different headers

I have created 5 different headers for my project but when i try to add one more header then the one of previous 5 header get deleted automatically and that deleted header doesn’t work on website,

And when I delete newly added header then previous 5 header get restored, can you please tell me how to add more than 5 header
