Bugs with All in One SEO-pack Plugin

Hi! After installing the Simple Page Ordering plugin I’m not able to edit the text in the text boxes provided by the SEO-plugin (All in One SEO-pack). Is there a fix for this?

Also, how to you order pages that are on page 2, and move them to page 1 in the list?
