Build Dashboard theme

  • I need build my own admin theme, but solutions what I`ll find its only changing colors scheme by css or add/switch/wrap classes with js/jq.
    No! I’m seek way for totally change placement of position admin elements (and position absolute – is`not solution also ofc)
    How i can build my own dashboard theme with other elements placement ?
