It is possible to do what you want but I wouldn’t recommend using that plugin to do it. I think it would be more work to try and make it play with a Google Form than it would be to write a simple WordPress plugin which applies jQuery UI effects to the appropriate elements on a Google Form.

WordPress includes the jQuery UI library as part of the installation so it is already available. What you would need to do is write a small plugin which loads jQuery UI and applies the appropriate jQuery effects to the appropriate elements for a Google Forms post object. BY no means trivial to do but probably not super difficult either.

Is it something I can add to the plugin? No, not at this time as I am extremely bandwidth challenged and have several issues to sort out which are higher priority (e.g. like the new version of Google Forms).
