Build login and upload platform

Hi!
I want to build a website with a register page, and after registration to send me a mail to approve or deny the user. After approve, users can upload their products to site (title, photo, details, price), into categories and site visitors will be able to order products by filling a form sent to registered user.
What plugins and other tools can I use to make this? I’m a beginner to that type of platforms, but I think it’s kind of e-commerce platform. Can you help me and give suggestions?
