Build Menu from TreeView

I am not sure if this exists or if the suggestion has been made but it would be absolutely awesome if one could “build a menu” from the TreeView you create in page view.
It has happened very often now that I have a fairly large menu system and the WordPress out of the box menu system compiler, is crappy at putting a big menu together.
What would be ideal is if I used TreeView to lay out all my pages and from this, I just hit a button to dynamically build that menu under Appearance > Menus.
Doable?
