If you have 2017 installed in your Themes directory just activate it and everything will load in the new theme.
If you do not like the look, just reactivate your former theme.

There are a number of articles online that discuss how to do this; here’s one:

You can also use a plugin like Duplicator:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/duplicator/

Then install and activate your new theme in the new site.
