    I moved our site from the dev server to the live server today, and while the pages look the way they’re supposed to on the front end (https://mphda.org/), on the back end everything that was set up in the builder is gone. All I have are the large buttons for “Columns,” “Banner,” “Gallery” and “Posts List.” Beneath that, all the blocks I’d set up are not there.

    If I switch back away from the Builder Template to the Default Template, all the code is still there.

    I suppose I could rebuilt it, but I’ve used the Builder all over the place…

    Tried

    • switching themes and switching back;
    • tried deactivating Make Plus and re-activating it;
    • clearing the cache;
    • deactivating and reactivating the cache plugin (w3 Total Cache);
    • rolling back to the previous version of Make.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear you’ve hit some issues. As you have Make Plus, please post your question in our Help Center—Corey, our developer, will be sure to sort this issue out for you.

    Thanks, Scott, Corey helped out by spotting the (esoteric) problem. Somewhere along the way between exporting the database and re-importing it, some of the serialized data was changed from strings to integers. Once I changed them to the correct format everything worked again.
