Builder not working AT ALL

  • Hi there. The builder doesn’t want to work on this site AT ALL anymore. It’s been there for years and suddenly it doesn’t work. When I select: Build with Nimble Builder it only loads a blank screen. I’ve deactivated all the plugins and that is not the issue. It is a school for the deaf and needs to be updated urgently!

    Hi Nellie,
    I just ran a test on two different browsers with two different WP versions and am not encountering this error. It sounds like it might be a cache error.
    Can you clear BOTH your browser and server cache and let me know if you see the same results. A blank screen with no other indicator of issue is most often some sort of challenge with cache.
    Be sure to update one way or another so we can dive into this. I know it’s important to you.
