Builder time bypass error

I tried your plugin and it’s great. Settings work correctly with the builder post types. Only one problem which I found right now is that in my case people can bypass the time.

My post types allow me to edit, remove and repay for my posts. So when somebody adds something it will be moved to drafts after x days. It’s okay. But later, when they edit or repay then the post is visible again but with an old date. So it’s not a new post = no removing date.
