Building a global community site.

Here is what I am building:

Site for a global community of participants and practitioners.

-Shop selling products
-Registration for events – events publicly advertised but participants have priviledges access to groups and resources.
-Community with forums, groups and restricted access to resources
-Memberships (paid) granting access to restricted content, forums and groups.
-Split payments for a reseller model where practitioners can create events, name their price and a royalty goes to site owner from registrations.
-Document management linked to groups, events and memberships

Country based listings of members and events

Group specific products – products restricted to group members.

After a lot of research I have the following plugins:

Buddypress with duddydrive & bbpress
Woocommerce
Events manager
s2member framework

These integrate to some extent but the whole thing is quite complex.

Any insights for those who have built something similar? More comprehensive plugins…
