Building an image(watermarking,caption,crop,etc.)

I would need a flash script, or a wp plugin, or something like this one here: https://cheezburger.com/LolBuilder.aspx

I already installed a bunch of watermarking tools, but i cannot make them appear in a new page, so that visitors can play with this tool too.
