building layouts

hi everyone, i’m blay and i’m new here. I currently have a blogging website and i wish to transfer the exact same layout i transferred onto wordpress so the blogs are easier to manage.

what i would like to know is whether its possible to transfer the layout EXACTLY (because i’ve grown quite attached to it). If so, then how can i go about doing it.

also, is there a downloadable version of the WordPress documentation if case i need to look something up? Thank you for your help.
