Building Option page

Hi, I was trying to follow this tut, https://www.sitepoint.com/wordpress-options-panel/ but I got stuck on ‘Building the Options Page’. I don’t get an error or anything. I see the ‘Theme Options’ title on the ‘Settings’ nav but when I click on it nothing happens. Any help? Thanks.
