Built in CRM needed

  • I have an existing website for 10 years that is being rebuilt in wordpress (was in Joomla). I currently have an external CRM that I want to cancel and I want to get one of the built in CRM plugins. Basically I am looking for quality recommendations, I would rather pay more and get something solid than pay less and get a CRM that is lacking. Hubsport seems to be the most expensive, I don’t know if I want to pay up for this unless the value is there. But I am looking at other 4.5 star CRMs and appreciate feedback on ones you have used successfully.

    You really need to research CRMS yourself. They’re more than software, they are a way of life and you need to find one that fits how you work or you need to change your work to fit how they do. Meeting on some middle ground will be very unsatisfying. (Been there, done that, threw away the t-shirt.)

    @sterndata Thank you for your reply. I totally agree with you, but it’s always great to get feedback from users as real experience is the best feedback that one can get. I will combine this feedback with my own research.
