Built in Slider – How to make responsive?

    I apologise if this question has been asked before.

    I have searched the forums and can not find the answer that I am looking for.

    I am currently using the built in slider on my websites home page

    I wanted to know if there is a way of making the current built in slider responsive so people can click on the slider and it re directs them to a different webpage/website?

    Sorry probably used the wrong word, the easiest way to put it is i mean i want to be able to click on the slider and it direct me to a custom link
