Built-in Taxonomies are not all visible in custom post type edit screen

They’re also showing the product attributes in their own metabox, so I’m honestly curious if they’re registering their taxonomy in such a way that it doesn’t receive the normal one, regardless of what may be attached to it.

I do have to believe we’re reaching a point here where these pressent issues would be encountered regardless of how the post types were registered. Whether manually via the theme’s functions.php or via CPTUI, or some other plugin that handles registering
