Bulk Action not appearing in the dropdown list

    Hi,
    Can you please tell me which version of WordPress are you using?
    Also, do you have any custom post type?

    Hello,
    I am using WP version 3.9.1 and yes, I do have a custom post type that was created by the theme I am using.

    You need to switch to List view first.

    Same problem for me! In the media library. the bulk action “regenerate thumbnails” doesn’t appear.
    The media library is configured in the “List view” mode.
    And moreover using the link “regenerate thumb” for individual image, the new image size wasn’t created!

    I’m using wordpress 4.1.1
