Bulk add bookings on recurring events

I assume I will need the pro version, but before purchasing I need to make sure that the plugin can help me with this scenario:

Our nonprofit checks in about 400 families every two weeks for food box pickup in our school district. So this is a free “recurring event” for the same families throughout the school year.

Is there a way to bulk upload all these families? And then can we easily add them as “bookings” for all events? Lastly, can they get a ticket with a code that we can scan multiple times? We want to record their pickup at each event date by simply scanning their “ticket.” Then they need to reuse their “ticket” at the next pickup event.
