Bulk Discount "on" at product level but no rules defin wipes out Wish List price

Bulk Discount plugin is on.

Product has no bulk discount rules defined. However Allow Bulk Discount is “on” in product detail area.

Data migrated from a non-woo store this way.

Product is added to cart – price in cart reflects correct price set in admin.

Product is added to wish list – price in wish list is set to $0.00, which is crossed out, and then another $0.00 is next to that.

Turn off Bulk Admin Discount, wish list price returns to accurate value.
