Bulk Download Not Working – Critical Website Error

    Hi

    I’m unable to make a bulk download of galleries on my site. Individual photos are fine, but I can’t download a full gallery/album.

    Instead, I get a “There has been a critical error on this website.” message. I’ve searched extensively already and tried the following suggestions;

    – checking that PHP extensions GD2 and Imagi(something) are installed. They are.
    – clearing/removing website cache
    – increasing memory limit
    – deactivating plugins

    The issue still persists. I’ve included a link for reference. Please help; this is for a client and I’m on a deadline.
