Bulk Edit cleanup

  • My ignorant assumption is that this may be a rather “easy” thing to fix/add in the next update, but maybe it isnt… 2 minor bugs I run into constantly while trying to bulk edit players.

    1. While you are able to ADD a season, competition, or position cleanly via the BULK EDIT feature for multiple players at once, there is no way to REMOVE season, competition, or position via BULK EDIT. Even if a particular season is already tied to a player, when you go into BULK EDIT screen, it shows that season UNCHECKED, and thus there is no way to remove a bunch of players from a particular season/competition at once. This basically means if you dont assign players correctly the first time, the only way to fix it is manually 1 by 1 OR deleting the entire season and starting over.

    2. The option for bulk edit capabilities for players and TEAMS is not even possible. I submitted this on the SP ideas page already, but I am just curious why this particular feature was left out while season/competition/position were put in. I would think team is more important than anything from season to season for bulk edit capabilities.

    These may seem like simple features but in fact the bulk edit is quite dangerous. You can imagine what a bug in the bulk edit function could cause ??

    We’ll certainly consider the most voted ideas (and a few of the less voted but yet cool ones) and this is certainly being considered as well. I myself liked them as well, as it would improve a lot in terms of usability (I know how hard it is to add a whole season then see that there’s a tiny mistake in all items)
