    If you develop your own extension to do so, yes, it’s feasible. You’d need to find out what data should be updated in the DB and make appropriate queries to update it. Most of the development effort would be in building a UI to do so. Some way to select multiple products and collect input on what data to change to what value. It doesn’t sound like a simple project to me, but I often overestimate the effort required to accomplish something.

    I’m going to guess that you’re using WooCommerce for selling products. Disregard if not. See if any of these extensions would work for you. None are free, but much less than hiring a developer. If you have any questions about any extensions, try asking the vendor through their support individual channel.
