Bulk generate product variation

  • Hi,

    I imported a lot of product into the wbshop from the default csv product table, also added later some variations to the minority of the product manually, because of some color variations. The problem is,t hat the shop owner inform me only later, that the half of the product have some size variations and the other half also another size variations.

    I tried to add these to the csv table, but it seems to be too complicated.

    Is there any built in process or free plugin which can generate the necessary variations in bulk process?

    WooCommerce does not have a built-in feature to generate variations in bulk, but you can use a plugin to simplify the process. A free option you can try is “Product CSV Import Suite” (built into WooCommerce for advanced imports) or third-party plugins like:

    Alternatively, if you want to create variations manually in bulk:

    1. Go to Products > All Products and select a variable product.
    2. Under the Attributes tab, add all size/color options and check “Used for variations.”
    3. In the Variations tab, click “Create variations from all attributes.”

    If you need more advanced control, a premium plugin like “Bulk Variations Manager” might be worth considering.
