Bulk Import

We do have the ability to import from JSON:

The recipes would have to be in the specific format, like the example linked to at the bottom of the documentation

If I use the WordPress REST API to POST the recipes then will they appear in your plugin?

Would this solution work for the Free version of your plugin or is it only a Premium feature?

Sure! Recipes are a regular custom post type and they will show up in WPRM when created through the REST API:

We also have the option to create your own custom importer, which is available in the free plugin:
