Bulk Messages Reports Empty

  • Hey wordplus,
    great plugin so far even though we found some bugs.
    Our biggest challenge at the moment, however, is a problem we have encountered with the Bulk Messages Part.

    It is really awesome that you have this function in the plugin, however, if I send a bulk message (as I did last month) it is sent and then it blocks the further function….

    When I click on the “mass messages” tab after I sent this post to all members of our platform, I only see “Reports” and the tab-header, but no reports, it is all empty, and it does not vanish or let me continue to compose a new bulk message (which I would need to do VERY soon…)

    So as we haven’t been able to figure out, where the bulk message is stored in order to delete it and hope that the report-section be available afterwards, I thought it best to seek your help.
    Any ideas, where the error lies?
